      FAQ's and Know Before You Go!
 

  • Meet by the anchor in front of Bar el Ancla, main street beach access Coco, or route 151. A member of our team will be there to meet your party.

  • Please note the board times for each tour. The boat runs as scheduled and cannot hold for late arrivals.

  • Parties receive electronic waivers via email and should be completed prior to meeting. Waivers signed in advance will speed up the boarding process and are required.

  • We are unable to provide transportation to and from meeting site.

  • IMPORTANT: In general, tours cancelled within 72 hours prior to departure, by guest, will not be refunded. Circumstances may arise causing a tour to be cancelled or rescheduled.
