A deposit of 20% of final tour price is required to book any tour and is non refundable 72 hours or less before the scheduled tour. Unfortunately, there are people who will book a tour and not show up due to too much consumption of alcoholic beverages the night before! So...we have learned, thank you. Of course, if the captain feels it is not safe due to weather or waves, and we ourselves have to cancel, you will get a full refund. Thank you for understanding! |
